Message from our President, Mark Locklear.

Hello Boosters:

Our next meeting is Monday and we encourage everyone to attend - 7:00pm at the Teacher's Lounge.  We will be going over the 5K numbers, we will have a debriefing on this year's race and we will discuss what we need to do to improve the overall race experience, drive more participants to the race and entice more sponsorships. We will not go into suggestions in depth, but we will get the comments recorded and cover those topics at our next meeting.

We also need to talk about the open board spots for next year. Many of our key board members "graduated" last June (Ron Elter, Roz Reasor, Betsy King & Craig Elliott) and will be "graduating" this June (Rick Simmons, Mike Purcell, Lisa McMains, Vicky Norman & Vicki Thomas to name a few), and frankly I need to cut back on my responsibilities next year. Now is the time for you or someone you recommend to step up to really support athletic boosters at Northwood.

Thanks for all your support!

All the best,

Mark
